The land, the capital and the people to build it.
All in one house.

Institutions open their doors in buildings we built.

ALLEN Career Institute, Aakash Institute, Bansal Classes and Podar International School among them.

Every building we raise brings opportunity closer to home.

From our first school to campuses across the region.

One family, one counsel.

In numbers

Each building stands occupied by the institution it was built for.

Our presence

We match your institution's brief to a suitable site.

We fund the building and lease it to you. You focus on your institution.

Design, approvals and construction, handled together.

Temporary premises can help you open while your permanent building takes shape.
